Our resource lending libraries have comprehensive titles on subjects related to cancer, health, nutrition, exercise, and end of life issues. We have extensive resources in both our Fort Bragg and Ukiah offices.

Caring Kitchen Project

The Caring Kitchen Project of North Coast Opportunities (NCO) provides free, weekly, home-delivered nutritious meals to individuals and families facing cancer in the Willits and Ukiah area for up to 16 weeks. Their organic, mostly plant-based meals are prepared by adult and teen volunteers, who learn cooking and gardening skills while serving their community.  Call Caring Kitchen at 707-467-3212.

A government agency that coordinates research, prevention, and education. This site is a bit more technical but there are many helpful links to studies and information about research and grants. cancer.gov
